This 16-inch (40 cm) pan serves 4 to 6 people, or more if you fill the pan to capacity. The pan fits well over most large standard burners and can be used on all types of grills. The pan is measured from rim to rim. Made of 18/10 stainless steel, this flat bottom paella pan is designed expressly for ceramic smooth top stoves and induction burners (though it also works with conventional electric and gas stoves). Unlike traditional paella pans, which are slightly convex on the bottom, this pan is perfectly flat so the entire pan bottom makes contact with the burner surface.
