Maintain a safe food operation while lowering costs by using a two-in-one system with replaceable cutting surfaces. The QuadGrip system reduces operation costs by replacing just the surfaces of cutting boards rather than buying expensive replacement boards. Allergen Cutting Board Frame is made of sturdy plastic and boasts four raised grooves that snap QuadGrip cutting boards into place. Molded dual hooks on each side allow for food-safe handling while transporting to other kitchen stations, and they make it easy to hang clean cutting boards up and out of the way until you need them.
